Hypnosis is very safe.  In fact, we naturally go into hypnosis many times each day on our own, so there’s nothing weird or strange about it. We are just utilising the power of your mind to transform it . 

I explain all about how hypnosis works when we meet and you will be expertly guided at all times.

All you do is follow my voice and I will expertly help you to go into hypnosis.  And then we are looking for the root cause of your issue and we do that by interpreting the memories and scenes that come up.

The 20 minute review session that we have at the end of your listening period is designed with possible next steps in mind.

In this review we will decide, if you have completely healed your issue, whether or not you need to keep listening to your bespoke audio for some more weeks, or do you need to book another appointment.

It’s important to note that each person is different and healing happens differently for each person, so do keep in mind that you may require more than one session.
